The 30 day count is on! (as of May 7th)
Stableghold Hospitality (SGH) will receive its award for making the Atlanta Inno 50 on Fire list in the Government, Advocacy and Eduction Category on June 6th at Ponce City Market.
"I'm so excited about SGH being recognized for its commitment to innovation," said CEO Ali Jamal. "Over the years, our team has worked really hard at implementing a unique business model that provides hundreds of Atlantans with affordable housing and supports educational programs for local youth."
Atlanta is one of the cities that host the awards on behalf of American Inno, which started in Boston, Massachusetts, 10 years ago. Award ceremonies are also held in Boston, Austin, Cincinnati, Chicago, Richmond, Tampa Bay, Colorado, Minnesota, Rhode Island and Wisconsin. Each year, 50 On Fire winners are shortlisted, for each city, from hundreds of candidates in various categories.
"American Inno's goal was to cover the gap that existed in traditional media for local start ups," said Will Flanagan, National Director of Product & Strategy for American Inno. "We want to focus on the business leaders of tomorrow."
In 2012, when American Inno was acquired by American City Business Journals, a network of 40+ weeklies across the country, their goal was surpassed.
"Today the award ceremony is a premier event, and one of the most trafficked posts throughout the year," said Flanagan. "The community can easily keep an eye on who is doing interesting things."
In addition to the plaques awarded to each 50 On Fire winner, a blazer is awarded for each category.
